Although I shredded the cheese, I think the brick cheese was just making it dry and difficult to bind. At least I've tried that in a similar recipe and it helps as it will be less fragile. hello _ I did not try yet but this nutrition info looks incorrect – a 1/4 cup flax has WAY more than 14 calories I would guess this is closer to 200 calories?
