1) If the appointment is cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled
date, a full refund will be provided to the patient.
2) If the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the
scheduled date, no refund will be given. However, the patient may reschedule the appointment using
the already paid amount.
3) If the cancellation or rescheduling is done by the hospital, a full
refund will be provided to the patient.
4) Refunds can only be claimed by visiting the hospital.
