Refund Policy

  • 1) If the appointment is cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled date, a full refund will be provided to the patient.
  • 2) If the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled date, no refund will be given. However, the patient may reschedule the appointment using the already paid amount.
  • 3) If the cancellation or rescheduling is done by the hospital, a full refund will be provided to the patient.
  • 4) Refunds can only be claimed by visiting the hospital.
